Roche House
Completed in late 2012, Roche House has been designed by Jasmax Architects, and is the newest of the Core City buildings. Located halfway down Carlton Gore Road, the building has car parking both within the building and to the rear of it. There are showers on each level for the use of tenants, and bathrooms are fully fitted with Italian tiles and European fixtures and fittings.
Floor to ceiling windows at either end of the building ensure sunlight streams in throughout the day. The lobby, which has Italian marble and hand crafted oak feature walls, ensures an impressive entry to the building. Core City have retained ownership of the building, and their property management company manages the building.
