Aurecon House
Designed by Warren and Mahoney Architects, Aurecon House was completed in 2004. Featuring over 6,000 m2 of lettable space, the building also contains a car parking building with over 230 parking spaces. The ground floor features both retail operators and a number of cafes and eateries. Its presence on the corner of Carlton Gore Road and Kingdon Street ensures plenty of sun and light to the office levels above.
